creativity...how to be a brilliant thinker

in this week we learned how to developing company creativity and conditional two.

we checked the correct form of the verbs in italices and describe the problem.

unit 13

in this unit we learnedhow to increase productivity in a deparment like up_to_date tecnologi, have anefectivive quality control, an efficient suppliers. and have good workers.

we learned the vocabulary about just_in_time produccion:

1- manufactures order suppliers according to need
2-suppliers deliverers parts to the manufacturer
3_components are taken to buil the finished produce
4_assambly of parts to build the finished produce
5_stocks of finished goods walt for delivery to the costumers

we checked the diference between adjetives and adverbs.
_adjeties describes or qualifies nouns: ex she is a good friend
_adverbs go with verbs to describe how you do something, or haw often you do something. ex. bertha works efficiently

unit 12

this weeck..we learned how to make a complaining about the service that the enterprises offerstous.

also we learned how to use4 the first condicional to talk about the future result of a possible action or event. it is fornerd by:

if + verd present simple /will
we saw some phrarases to deal with problems like
if you do( something)
there are two possibilities you could ether(do x) or you could (do y)

We have had production problems for the last ten weeks. The production department ordered new machinery but it was installed incorrectly. This caused and we will be able to increase productivity by 5% in the next quarter.

The quality control procedures were reviewed last month. Three weeks ago we had a staff shortage. This caused some quality problems. We have now employed more staff and the problem has been solved.

t_ Lets start (we have to decide) what to do about our problem of productivity? what do you think maricela? M_why don´t we appoint new production manager? K_ I´m not sure about that. we should give a pay increase to all the workers this would cost 500,000 euros T_ anyone have other opinion? O_ I agree about the pay increase, because it would motivate all the workers and thalt would increase productivity D-I think that appoint a new production manager will be better. because that would reduce costs K_ yes, but our problem is not the produce manager, the worker need to be motiveted T_ so can we agree to give them a pay increase? agree or disagree?..
